If you cannot visit our Head Office in Downtown Montreal we can still fix your
broken eyeglasses or eyeglass frames by doing the process through the mail.
Simply contact us to make the necessary arrangements and we will be glad to fix
your eyeglasses.

Long Distance Service Process:

• Print and Complete the Repair Order Form
• Securely prepare your frames in a small box or hard case
• We recommend that you send them insured as we cannot be held responsible for the glasses being lost in transit
• Payment options: Visa , Mastercard, certified cheques, money orders, Paypal.
• Turnaround time 24 to 48 hours prior to shipping
